MGX Solutions is committed to its policy of protecting the privacy and confidential information of Members, who
register to use MGX Solutions' products and services, and Participants.
What personal information does MGX Solutions collect and what does MGX Solutions do with it?
Members provide us with personal information upon registration such as their name, mailing address and e-mail address.
We use this information to establish individual accounts protected by a password the Member selects.
With respect to both Members and Participants, MGX Solutions uses the email address supplied in the registration
process to confirm registration, and to send notices and updates to you concerning the services and the site.
NOTE TO PARENTS AND MINORS: We do not want to collect any personal information whatsoever of minors.
We ask that minors do not submit any information about themselves and that they not use this Site.
Anyone using this Site or the Services warrants and promises that they are 18 years of age or older.
MGX Solutions does not disclose, sell, distribute, or publish your Personal Information to any third party unless we
must legally do so, or if we believe you have breached the User Agreement, especially with regard to transmitting,
publishing or distributing pornographic, obscene, offensive, threatening, harassing, libelous, hate-oriented, harmful,
defamatory, racist, illegal or otherwise objectionable materials or content, we will report such conduct to the
appropriate authorities and turn over any and all information, including personal identifying information, to
appropriate persons or entities. We will also comply with any laws or legal process that may require disclosure of
personal identifying information.
Members access polls/surveys they have built and their results/data through their individual accounts protected by a
password they have selected. MGX Solutions will not use any such information. A member's polls/surveys and their
results/data will be stored in the member's individual account for no less than 30 days from the date of the close of
a member's survey.
MGX Solutions stores personal information of Members and Participants in secure databases protected by passwords
as well as database and network firewalls to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of personal information.
While no security systems are infallible, MGX Solutions will prosecute any unauthorized access to secured information
to the fullest extent of the law. MGX Solutions periodically reviews and updates security measures to insure the best
possible protections for the membership.
You can notify us at any time to remove your registration information from our database by e-mailing us at
support@mgxsolutions.com. If you do that, we will not keep any personally identifiable records concerning you unless
required to do so by law. However, if you make this request you will be unable to access or use the account you
previously created and its associated content without going through the registration process again. In addition,
MGX Solutions cannot retrieve any personally identifiable information Participants may have disclosed to
Members in responding to surveys.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
If MGX Solutions wishes to change this policy, we will publish changes on this Web site before those changes will
take effect. MGX Solutions will also notify users of changes to this policy via electronic mail. As always, if you
do not agree with MGX Solutions's privacy policy, you have the option of requesting that we delete your personal
information from the site.
